We deliver high-quality products that represent as close as possible to what you designed on our site. If the products you receive differ materially from what you created at CustomStadiumSeat.com or if the goods are otherwise flawed then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 5 days of receiving your custom order.

We do ask that you call CustomStadiumSeat.com prior to sending your products back to ensure we give you proper credit for the order and to receive return authorization. Customer satisfaction is a priority to us.

Privacy
All personal information collected on our site is for the sole purpose of processing your order. This information is only available internally to us and our affiliates. Your information will never be shared or sold to others.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the following factors.

• quantity ordered
• number of locations imprinted

To lower your cost per item, we recommend the following.

• order larger quantities; this reduces your per item cost
• only print in one location

The price you see is your total. There are no screen fees and no art fees. Shipping fees will be added when you checkout. Sales tax will only be added to orders shipped to a Nebraska address.

Forms of Payment
Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted securely using Secure Socket Layer Technology.

Purchase orders are accepted, but are reserved for qualified organizations only (e.g. schools, government agencies, and large corporations). Purchase orders must be verified and therefore must be placed by phone.

Minimum Order
Due to the cost of setup and preparation, 6 pieces is our minimum. Also remember that orders must be in quantities of 6 per color. To lower your per piece price, we recommend ordering the maximum number of Stadium Seats you anticipate needing.

Delivery Time
Regular delivery time is approximately two weeks for the printed chair backs. The chair itself will ship directly to you within a week. We will do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Some times of year will be busier than others and it may take longer for you to receive your order.

If you provide incomplete information in the order process, we will notify you by phone or email ASAP. Please respond promptly, as your order will be placed on hold awaiting your reply. We appreciate the urgency of orders and therefore do our very best to process, produce, and ship in a timely manner.

Upload Your Art
Our site has thousands of pieces of clipart to choose from, and you also have the option to upload your own art.

Please refer to the art upload section in the design studio for a detailed explanation. For the purpose of designing, you will upload a .jpg.

Please note, we can only print high resolution images. If artwork you provide is of a low resolution, we will contact you. You will need to either provide a higher quality image, or pay additional charges for our Art Staff to work with your art, bringing it up to standard for printing.

Returns
If you have a return, you must call and speak with a member of our staff to receive Return Authorization. Returns will not be accepted without a RA (return authorization).

Quality or Shortage Disputes
If you have a problem with the quality of the screen printing, or a shortage of products ordered, you must notify us immediately. Disputes of this nature will only be honored if you notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
